Booking

All bookings are to be made via email on bookings@esti-beauty.co.uk
To ensure your preference of the date & time of treatment, we recommend you to book at least 24 hours in advance.
In the booking email, please provide the following; full name, your contact details, treatment(s) of your choice and preferred date & time of appointment. Once we have received this information we can proceed with your booking and send you a confirmation email.

Payment

We accept bank transfers as method of payment. All payments are to be made ahead of your appointment. Once your booking has been successful, we will send over our bank details along with a confirmation email. Once you receive this, please make your payment as soon as possible. However, to avoid complications, we will allow up to 2 hours to complete the transaction. Failure to do so will result in automatic treatment cancellation.

Cancellation

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Please note that a refund will be issued only if the cancellation meets this requirement. A 50% of treatment charge will apply to any late cancellations and no-shows.

Medical restrictions

If you suffer from any medical conditions or have any injuries or allergies, please inform us when making your booking. As there could be a possibility that the treatment of your choice may not be suitable depending on the severity of the condition.
If you are pregnant please inform us how far along you will be at the date of your appointment. We do not treat clients who are in their first trimester of pregnancy.

Spa Etiquette

We request both male and female clients to maintain their modesty by keeping their under garments ON during full body massages. Refusal to do so will result in discontinuation of the treatment.

Inappropriate behaviour such as sexual misconduct is not tolerated. Clients are asked to respect the dignity and integrity of the therapist at all times. Failure to do so will result in immediate termination of the treatment and will be required to leave the building.
